There are few things I can do from North Carolina to help with my family in Barb's passing. However, I can set up and maintain this website to help her many, many friends who live in so many places to feel some connection. Please feel free to leave as many comments as you'd like here or email me at memoryofbarb@gmail.com, and I'll post your story or comments. You can also send me photos at that email address and I'll post them on this website.
We miss Barbara and know there is no one who will ever fill her place in our lives. We will try to update this website as soon as possible with details on her memorial service.

Thank you, Barb, for your courageous spirit! We met for lunch with Catherine Abbott last October. We both had been diagnosed with cancer - mine was operable and I had just had major surgery the month before. My chemo was just beginning. You made me feel good about life!
